Where are configs stored?

Configs are stored in the website folder in your documents directory.

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\website\

How can I reset my HWID?

To reset your HWID, please contact our support team.

HWID resets are typically processed within 24 hours.

I want to request an invite

To request an invite, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Account older than 3 months (counter starts on v2 release)
  • Active subscription
  • Being active in the community
What data do you store about me and other users?

We store the following data about you:

  • Your registration details
  • Information about your computer's hardware and OS configuration
  • Applications running alongside our software and their contents
  • IP addresses

You can also see this information in our Terms of Service. We can delete your information per request, but it comes along with deleting your account.

What payment methods do you support?

We currently support Stripe for credit card payments.
